How can I get an item repaired?

We repair items made by Jawhara. Kindly bring your item to the Jawhara store nearest you. To check the status of your repair, please contact Customer Service at 04 506 2000. Representatives are available 9:00AM-6:00PM Monday-Saturday

Shipping Charges & Delivery?

  • • Currently, we Ship only within United Arab Emirates and with no shipping charges.
  • • Jawhara Jewellery is responsible for the shipping process of orders as we will fully ensure that apart from the customized jewellery, orders will be delivered to you within 3 working days.
  • • Customized jewellery will be delivered to you within 5 working days.

Payment method does Jawhara accept?

  • • We only Accept credit/ Debit card Payment only, we don’t have cash on delivery Option for payments on our website.

Can I send someone a gift from Jawhara or ship it to a different address than mine?

Yes. Simply enter the delivery address during the ordering process and Mention Reciver name.

Your item will be delivered with the relevant certificates.

Does Jawhara save or disclose our credit account holder information?

As for requesting credit card information, we only ask for the front page of the card.

What if I have placed a duplicate order?

In the case of duplicating an order, please contact our Customer Care team using our Contact Us link to give the details. They will take the necessary steps to ensure everything gets sorted out to your satisfaction.

Do I have to be available to sign during the time of delivery?

Yes, you have to be there to sign during the time of order delivery. For security reasons all orders require a signature with the receiver’s name upon delivery, and presentation of a valid ID in the same name as the receiver on the order.

How do I track my order?

We always aim to deliver your order within our standard delivery times, but sometimes unexpected factors can cause delays in your delivery, and we apologize for any inconvenience, if we didn’t deliver your order within our usual promised time.

Do you have an instalments option and how it works?
